These fresh and unique designs transform any space – re-imagining ‘everyday’ with color, texture, and dimension. OctoTerra uses recycled galvanized metal and solid wood to create handmade decorative panels.
OTM01-OTM07 use coconut shell that is either polished, or left in its natural state, which is then bonded to a mesh backing. Standard sheet sizes are 24 x 24″.
OTP21-OTP24 use palm wood that are hand cut , arranged and bonded to a plywood substrate. Standard panel size is 48 x 48″.
OTP25 and OTP26 use thin slices of tree branches which are arranged and bonded to a plywood substrate. Standard panel size is 48 x 48″. OTP26 has a resin fill in to create a totally smooth surface, perfect for applications such as table and bar tops. OPT25 has no resin fill.
OTP27-OTP34 are our newest additions, and feature sections of varying height and length to create a 3 dimensional effect.
OTP27 is made from recycled galvanized metal, and is treated with a lacquer to prevent any further oxidation.
OTP28-30 use solid oak, and are supplied unfinished. It is strongly recommended to finish these panels with a sealer, stain ( if appropriate ) and lacquer. To achieve Class 1 fire ratings, a number of commercially available fire rated lacquers can be used.
OTM 14/16/18/20/21 are delivered with a factory applied finish.
OTM 15/17/19/22 are natural white oak and can be stained and finished to a customer’s specifications by the installing contractor.

ALSO NEW: Along with the newest additions to the Akupanel Fusion collection, we've added Horizontal Slatted Panel Designs.
With this look, we will have quite a few combinations of options for you – 18 to be exact. You can choose the width of both the “solid” panel AND the “slatted” panel. This means that these are made differently than all the previous versions of Akupanel. The solid area will be a single panel with its own PET backing, and all of the horizontal slats are applied to another backer separately. This means that each job will be unique, with color & layout combinations – and we’ll have to determine how many solid panels and slatted panels are needed to create a continuous look for the job. We’ll also recommend reveals on any area over 94 ½” tall working with solid veneered panels. When it comes to options, here is what you can expect for the layouts.
