MIRROFLEX DECORATIVE SURFACES

MirroFlex™ is a decorated thermoplastic available in sheet and roll form. The decorative surface is fused to its substrate utilizing several proprietary techniques that create a laminate suitable for its intended use. The composition of MirroFlex products varies dramatically according to individual industry requirements. For example, automotive products require high UV stability. Point of purchase display products require vacuum formability, ceiling tiles require non-flammability, many furniture applications require high degrees of scratch, chemical, and solvent resistance. Yet other products such as signage require routability, laser compatibility and more. To accomplish these goals, MirroFlex can be constructed with high impact styrene, rigid ABS, rigid PVC, polycarbonate, and modified acrylics.

 

NUMETAL SPECIALTY LAMINATES

NuMetal is a collection of HPL’s (High Pressure Laminates) with a thin metal surface and phenolic paper backing. These HPL’s can be used for interior applications such as wallcoverings, wall panels and ceilings. NuMetal sheets are usually 4′ x 8′ in Aluminum, Copper or Real Stainless Steel; featuring embossing, hand painting techniques, etching, and other innovative techniques to enhance the look of metals.

 

LUXCORE TRANSLUCENT LAMINATES

LuxCore is ATI’s latest innovation that is perfect for kitchens, bathrooms and other wet environments, as it passes sanitary codes, is easy to clean and is not damaged by water. LuxCore comes in translucent panels, laminates, and laminates suitable for back-lighting. It can be used for most vertical and horizontal applications. LuxCore Translucent Panels are suitable for modesty panels, room dividers, shower enclosures and other interior applications where translucency is desired. LuxCore Laminates can be used as a wainscot or wall covering, where high abrasion and impact resistance are vital; such as hospitals, restaurants, grocery stores, table tops, elevators, restrooms and other interior applications where laminates are desired. LuxCore Laminates are also suitable for back lighting, as it passes light through beautifully without exposing the bulbs behind it.

 

 

FUSIONTECH SUBLIMATION PRINTING TECHNOLOGY

FusionTech is a proprietary infused color and coating process that is applied to Aluminum, as well as other substrates such as Glass, FRP, Ceramics, Wood and Fabric, to create unusual effects. FusionTech on Aluminum is usually supplied in 4′ x 8′ sheets of un-backed aluminum. Both stock laminates and custom laminates are available.
